A beautifully playful vintage ring designed as a marquise cut colour change sapphire. This synthetic sapphire is a purplish pink colour in incandescent lighting, changing to bluish purple under fluorescent light. The colour change sapphire measures 22 mm x 7 mm. Set in warm 14ct Russian rose hue gold with a striking boat shape outline. On a plain shank with hallmarks on the outside of the band. In very good condition with just a couple of very tiny nibbles to some facet edges.
