A beautiful pair of antique Georgian seed pearl 9ct gold earrings, designed as a tiered cluster. Each earring has been meticulously made by threading tiny creamy white seed pearls in a graduated line. Hand stitched to mother of pearl discs and suspended from 9ct gold hook fittings. Please note modern clear thread has been used in areas to increase the durability of these delicate and dainty earrings. The pearls are bright and lustrous. These aesthetic antique earrings would make perfect wedding jewels. The box shown is for demonstration purposes. Date to c.1820s.
