Dating to the late 1700s, this fabulous ring fits neatly into King George III’s reign in the United Kingdom. Beautifully designed with a concave profile and tapered shoulders that wrap around your finger. The domed glazed panel is removeable, with care. This exquisite piece can be used as a shaker ring, shown here with a selection of mini rose cut and old cut diamonds. The diamonds are for demonstration purposes only and are not sold with this piece. An array of small items can be held inside such as a miniature painting, dried flowers, a written motto and gemstones. To keep the glazed panel safely attached when worn I advise it is sealed by a jeweller. This 240 year old antique is a fabulous example of early English 9ct gold jewellery. Please note there are some surface scratches present to the glazed panel in keeping with age.
