A beautiful antique sapphire ring in a rub over setting. The sapphire is a pretty cornflower blue hue and measures 7mm x 5mm. The sapphire is set in 18ct gold and the 22ct gold shank is likely to be a replacement. With an open back setting to allow the light through. The ring face measures 7.2mm wide.
