A sweetly designed and beautifully made 9ct gold push close clasp. Dating to the turn of the 20th century, c.1900, this versatile piece falls between the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Designed as a rectangular shaped clasp with finely detailed engraving and a slightly concave back. Perfect to attach to a mulit strand or beaded necklace, or can be worn on a chain with clasps at either end. A beautiful and useful piece of antique English jewellery.
