This sweet antique ring box is known as a tub shape. Designed as an oval form, with a mahogany red exterior and a dark navy blue velvet and silk interior. Surface marks and wear as you can see in the photos. These add to the history of this piece in my opinion and add a layer of visual interest. Box closes nice and tight with the push close button to the front. Dates to c.1900 – 1920s.
