A visually pleasing antique 9ct gold bar brooch, gorgeously set with an oval shape twilight blue paste. The paste sits centrally inside an openwork oval frame. The contrasting ovals and straight lines are beautiful I think. Classicly and elegantly designed. This pretty piece fits neatly into the Art Deco era, c.1920. With a base metal pin to the reverse.
