A beautiful 9ct gold fringe necklace with six oval opal cabochon drops, totaling an estimated 5 carats. The fiery opals have a strong colour play showing flashes of green, blue and some red. They are collet set and suspended from a fine chain. One minor nibble to the edge of the smaller central opal. Dates to c. 1900-1910.
