A beautiful and fascinating piece of antique jewellery. This early 20th century Masonic ball fob pendant opens to reveal six expertly hand engraved pyramids in the form of a cross. The pyramids are all equal in size and depict an array of finely detailed symbols. Opened by releasing the trefoil shaped arm prongs that hold the ball closed. This lovely example dates to c.1910. Beautifully made in sterling silver, gilt and 9ct rose gold. Please note the box and chain shown are for demonstration purposes.
