A very pretty and sweet 9ct gold pendant designed as a leaf and berry drop. Set with antique rich berry hue garnets in closed back settings and decorated with finely detailed leaves. The pendant is articulated, creating gorgeous movement. This piece is likely to have originally been an earring and the integral bail is fairly small. Dates to the mid 19th century, c. 1840s – 1850s.
