A beautiful antique 9ct gold pendant designed as an openwork quatrefoil shape lavalier. Set with a central 6 mm round aquamarine paste gem and mini creamy white seed pearls in mini flower head and milgrain settings. With the sweetest fresh pearl drop suspended below.
