An endearing and rare antique jewel dating to the first quarter of the 19th century. Fitting neatly into the Georgian era, this sweet piece was made in France. Beautifully designed as a purse or basket, with articulated handle and gently rounded glass panels to the front and back. The front is hinged and opens and closes perfectly.
