A very pretty mid century 9ct gold pendant, beautifully designed as a berry or floral drop. Set with lively and colourful oval shaped opals and bright raspberry pinkish red rubies. The opals are well matched with a strong play of colour and the largest measures 8 mm x 6 mm. The rubies each measure 5 mm in diameter. They are synthetic, meaning they are real gemstones made under laboratory conditions. With an open back setting allowing the light to shine and play through these lovely gems.
