Dating to the end of the 19th century, this antique 15ct gold five stone ring fits neatly into the Late Victorian era, c.1890s. Designed as a graduated six stone piece set with oval garnets. The central garnets measures 5 mm x 4 mm. They are a rich berry red or pomegranate hue, with the slightest touch of plum. Slight variation in their hues. In a closed back setting. The shank is beautifully engraved and shows evidence of resize. Ring face measures 18 mm x 7 mm. A gorgeous antique ring perfect to wear on its own or stack with others.
