A charming late Georgian ring that captures the romance of the period beautifully. This 15ct gold piece features a pansy shaped flower set with lustrous half pearls, two tiny red spinel and a gorgeous mini emerald to the centre. The flower face measures 9 mm in diameter. Flanked by the sweetest scrolling acanthus leaf shoulder details and shank. This engraving is still crisp and clear. With a locket compartment to the back, the glass window is lacking. Dating to c.1820 – 1830s, fitting nicely into the end of the Regency era. This adorable English jewel would make a gorgeous antique engagement ring.
