This fine quality late Georgian ring is set with 14 individual rich raspberry red flat cut garnets. Surrounding a glazed plaited hairwork panel to the centre. The ring face measures 18 mm x 16 mm. With a chased detailed frame and a plain shank, which may be a Victorian addition. In beautiful and vibrant condition for its age with the hair still in place. A lovely sentimental piece of antique jewellery.
