A beautiful and quintessentially designed Late Georgian to Early Victorian 18ct gold ring. Set with a central 5 mm almandine garnet, which has a rich deep reddish purple hue. Flanked by a slightly lighter pinkish purple sapphire to either side. With scrolling openwork leaf detailing, which was popular across art, jewellery, furniture design and architecture during this time. A beautiful quality antique jewel which dates to c. 1830s to 1860s.
