Dating to third quarter of the 19th century, c.1860s to 1880s, this beautiful jewel fits neatly into the Victorian era. Designed as an unusual rounded navette, a particular shape I have not seen the likes of before. Gorgeously set with a central line of three emeralds. The emeralds each measure 3 mm x 3.5 mm and are well saturated. Surrounded by 3.5 mm creamy white, lustrous half pearls in a closed back setting. The ring face measures 20 mm x 12 mm. With split detail shoulders and a grooved shank.
