A classically designed ring claw set with a 9 mm x 7 mm emerald. The emerald is a deep leaf green hue with natural inclusions, or ‘jardin’ as it is affectionately termed in French. This refers to their garden like character with moss or foliage appearance. This ring has three bright, white and well matched diamonds to each shoulder in a trefoil design. Lovingly set in 14ct white gold. Dating to the 1950s or 1960s, this piece nods to the Art Deco aesthetics. It would make a beautiful vintage engagement ring.
