A classically design antique 9ct gold cameo ring dating to c.1920s. Beautifully carved agate with an ancient inpsired goddness, likely to be Hera. The cameo measures 10 mm x 7 mm. With split detail shoulders and a plain shank. A very pretty and dainty antique ring no doubt inspired by the Italian Grand Tour that was influential during the preceeding 19th century. A small area of discolouration present to the shank where the it has been resized.
