This gorgeous ring is a fabulous example of antique English jewellery. Designed with a central, creamy white pearl and deep raspberry hue ruby cluster. The pearls have a lovely lustre and are well matched. The cluster measures 8 mm in diameter. Flanked by two individually set matching rubies and pearl trefoil details. With a closed back setting, split detail shoulders and a fluted shank. This exquisite 9ct rose gold ring dates to the c.1840s, a time in English history at the cusp of the late Georgian and early Victorian era.
