This gorgeous antique Georgian ring is set with a central oval honey coloured citrine. Surrounded by a halo of tiny creamy white seed pearls, within a closed back setting. The cluster to the center measures 8 mm x 9 mm. Flanked by trefoil seed pearl shoulders to either side. On a grooved shank. There is one very small repair to the inside, just where the shoulder joins to the underside of the trefoil pearls. This can’t be viewed from above and doesn’t detract from the ring, which dates to c.1830s.
