The central sapphire measures 5 mm x 4 mm and is flanked by two beautifully matched 4 mm x 3 mm sapphires. An estimated total sapphire carat weight of 1.0 carat. Interspersed with four bright and lively old cut diamonds. The diamonds are approximately 3 points each, totalling 0.12 carats.
