A beautiful and dainty jewel dating to c.1860s, fitting neatly into the mid Victorian era. Set with a rectangular shaped garnet. The garnet is a rich grape hue and measures 7.1 mm x 5 mm in the setting. Framed by sweet bead details and openwork scrolling shoulders. Ring face measures 10 mm top to bottom. Please note this piece has been polished and the shank has been resized. Condition is lovely with light surface marks as would be expected and in keeping with age.
