A classically designed vintage opal solitaire ring dating to the c.1930s – c.1940s. Beautifully claw set with a 11 mm x 8 mm fiery opal doublet. The opal shows a strong colour play with flashes of greens, blues and some orange and red. Flanked by platinum topped triangular shaped geometric shoulders. On a rose hue 9ct gold plain shank. A beautiful and lively vintage ring.
